Since 2015, Broster Buchanan, a specialist professional recruitment consultancy, has grown to over 30 people in 8 locations across the UK. In that time, their need for specialist accounting support and business advice has grown too.

By taking this approach, Broster Buchanan has access to several members of Inform’s team. Providing a much broader level of expertise than could be achieved in-house, but without the cost of a permanent internal finance function.
Using an external partner for their accounting has also meant that the management team at Broster Buchanan can get a ‘helicopter view’ of their finances - with the team at Inform able to give an impartial assessment, without being bogged down in technicalities and workplace politics.
Overall though, it’s the honest straightforward and commercially savvy business advice that Inform offer that Broster Buchanan values most - helping them make more informed strategic financial decisions.
