Accountancy for recruitment

The best hire you can make

The accounting talent you need

As a recruitment agency or consultancy, you know better than anyone the importance of specialist skills and relevant experience. So when you’re looking to ‘hire’ an accountant, you know you’ll be best served by a team that really understands your industry.

Here at Inform, our accountants and business advisors have a wealth of recruitment experience on the CV, and can offer the expertise you need to help grow your business while you help others grow theirs.

So, whether you’re just starting out in the recruitment business and need help setting up your company, or you’re an established player seeking support on staff incentive schemes, we’ve got you covered.

We can also provide advice on employee tax issues like the recently amended IR35 legislation - ideal when you’re recruiting contractors or temporary workers and want to ensure both your clients and candidates stay on the right side of the law.

How we help

IR35 reforms for the public sector came into force in April 2017, and will be extended to the private sector from 2020. The legislation change makes it the responsibility of the hiring organisation to determine the tax status of interim and contract workers, where previously the onus was on the individual.

As a recruitment agency in the middle of that change, it’s reassuring to know we’re on hand to help out in the event of any queries or concerns - supporting and guiding recruitment strategies from a tax and legal perspective.

And when it comes to growing your own business, we’re here for you too. Through regular reports and reviews, our management accounts service helps provide the bigger picture on your business - letting you glimpse the future and pinpoint the times ripe for investment in growth.

Of course, we’ll have all your statutory tax requirements under control too, delivering your end-of-year accounts and tax returns, and fulfilling your VAT obligations in line with the new Making Tax Digital guidelines.
