Sian Kelly

Founder and Director
(BSc | ACMA)

A Chartered Management Accountant since 1995, Sian now heads up the Inform Accounting team. In the past, she’s worked for Next plc, Marston’s Brewery and Compass Group plc, where she was Financial Controller. Oh, and she even worked at Disneyland for a year.

Sian has helped a number of businesses grow from start-ups to well established companies, working hand in hand, guiding them through the sales process.

Away from work, her leisure time is mainly spent with her three children, who give her the ringing endorsement of being ‘really nice’.

Jayne Hutchings

Tax Advisor
(CTA)

Joining the Inform team as a Tax Consultant, Jayne will be advising individuals and their businesses on numerous areas of tax planning to help them through the lifecycle of their business and beyond. She has 30 years experience working with a range of owner-managed businesses and individuals.

Prior to becoming self employed in 2013, Jayne spent over 12 years with BDO LLP, initially as a senior manager and then as a director in their tax team in the Midlands. Prior to that Jayne trained at Grant Thornton in the early 90’s, and spent 11 years with them not only in their Midlands offices but also as part of the tax technical and marketing team based out of London for 18 months. She left there as a manager in 2001 when she was offered a job at BDO working with well known tax expert Peter Rayney.

"It is important to me that my clients understand the advice they are being given and that by giving them sound tax advice I can take some of the stress away from them by managing their tax affairs".

When not working Jayne enjoys spending time with the family, playing golf, a spot of cooking, keeping fit and travelling to exotic places!

Craig Cutler

Client Account Manager
(FCCA | MAAT)

Craig brings 20 years’ experience to the Inform Accounting team, and advises clients on a wide range of financial issues.

Craig is accurate, meticulous, and a technical expert whose attention to detail has identified many savings for clients large and small.

When he’s not in the office though, you’ll probably find him on the slopes – he’s a keen snowboarder who travels extensively in search of his adrenaline fix.

Sarah Griffiths

Client Account Manager
(ACA)

Sarah is one of Inform’s Tax Consultants. With over 20 years of accountancy experience, she is a member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Sarah brings a common sense approach to the complicated world of tax, working closely with a range of clients to attain the most tax efficient outcome for clients.

Away from work, her main activity is keeping her two young boys under control – but she’s also found time to complete several charity treks in places as diverse as the Pyrenees, Morocco and Peru.

Emma MacCleaster

Client Account Manager
(MSc | ACCA)

Emma is an ACCA Chartered Certified Accountant with a Masters degree in Strategic Accounting.

Outside of work Emma enjoys going on countryside walks with her bouncy cocker spaniel and singing in her local choir.

Hannah Payne

Personal Tax Manager
Hannah has worked in personal tax for over 15 years specialising in preparing tax returns for high net worth individuals, directors, sole traders and landlords. 
 
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her children, cooking and baking and playing the trumpet across the Midlands.

Charlie Sangha

Business Development Manager

Charlie has over 25 years experience within the Financial services sector, supporting SME’s with their business finance requirements alongside providing other business support solutions.

He works closely with clients to nurture relationships to ensure they get the most from us; through building relationships with SMEs, as their trusted advisor and funding partner and helping them with any finance requirements both short-term and long-term. 

Away from the office, being a golf enthusiast, you'll probably find him on the golf course.  He enjoys taking breaks away with the family anywhere sunny in the world.  He also plays and watches football, supporting the mighty Blues...Everton F.C. of course.

Andrew Scouller

Client Advisor
(BA Hons | ACA)

Andrew graduated with a first class honours degree in Accountancy and Finance and since joining us back in 2017, he achieved his ACA qualification for chartered status in 2022.

When he's not working, he enjoys playing the guitar, rocking out at concerts across the UK, and looking after his crested gecko Harley.

Darren Garey

Client Advisor
(FCCA)

After leaving college Darren worked at a small firm of Chartered Accountants in South Birmingham. He joined the ACCA and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995.

He now has over 40 years experience working as an accountant, during that time he has worked closely with a verified portfolio of clients assisting them with every aspect of a business's lifespan.

Interests outside of work include anything to do with most sports and reading. There is also the small matter of seven grandchildren and counting!

Catherine Hinis

Assistant Client Advisor
(AAT)

Catherine has over 20 years accountancy experience and is AAT qualified. Her areas of specialism being tax returns, sole traders and bookkeeping.

Catherine is a busy mum but still finds time to enjoy a spot of baking and working out at her local functional fitness gym.

Paul Smith

Assistant Client Advisor
(AAT)

Paul joined Inform whilst studying for his AAT exams at Birmingham Metropolitan College and now has over 10 years experience, and has gone on to become an important member of the team.

Paul is the in-house Xero specialist. Clients tell us there is nothing Paul doesn’t know about Xero.

He could have ended up with a career for a different team though – a talented young footballer, he played for West Bromwich Albion’s youth academy between the ages of 11 and 14.

Natalia Hussain

Assistant Client Advisor

Natalia joined us in October 2021 having completed all her ACCA exams. Once her three year's work experience is completed she can call herself a fully-fledged accountant.

Outside of work Natalia enjoys reading, eating out with friends and going on country walks with her family.

Aisha Riaz

Assistant Client Advisor
(BSc)

Aisha joined the team in 2021 after graduating from Aston University with a BSc in Accounting and Finance (1st Class).  She has worked in services such as Bookkeeping, VAT returns, Self-assessment tax returns, Management Accounts and Statutory accounts preparation for various clients. She previously undertook a 8 month internship in practice.


Outside work, Aisha enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching TV series/films and cooking. She also has a keen interest in the skincare and cosmetics world.

Karen Mytton

Assistant Client Advisor

Karen has over 35 years accounting experience, gaining her knowledge of Bookkeeping, Payroll and Year End accounts through practical, hands on experience.

She can use most accounting software from bespoke to commercial programmes, including Xero, Quickbooks and Sage. She thoroughly enjoys a good spreadsheet!

Away from work, Karen loves family time and spoiling her 10 grandchildren.

Cieran Ball

Assistant Client Advisor
BSc Hons (ACA)

Cieran graduated with a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance and he is currently studying towards his ACA qualification.

Outside of work and studying, Cieran watches football, supporting Aston Villa and playing squash.

Louis Banks

Assistant Client Advisor
(AAT)

Louis is AAT qualified and recently rejoined Inform following a year out travelling.  He previously worked with us for 5 years so knows Inform well.

He is now studying towards his CIMA qualification.

Outside of work he loves to travel and experience different cuisines and cultures.  Louis enjoys going to the gym and love to help others in any way he can! 

Kelly Alders

Accounts Assistant

Kelly recently joined our team after a career change into the accounting industry.  Since joining she has enrolled at college and has started studying towards her AAT accounting qualifications.
 
Away from her studies and office duties she loves to explore new places and old villages or on country walks with her dog.

Laura Pinion

Payroll Administrator
Laura joined the Inform Payroll Team at the beginning of 2022.  She was looking for a new challenge having previously worked within the Civil Service for 18 years at the Child Support Agency and HMRC, providing Tax Credit Support and Debt Management.  She hasn't looked back!
 
Away from work Laura is a mother to three beautiful girls who keep her on her toes.
 

Hannah Finnegan

Payroll Administrator

Hannah has worked in Payroll departments for over 10 years and with pensions for 5 years, you could call her an expert!  She also has accountancy experience within bookkeeping and VAT returns.  She is AAT qualified to level 3. 


Outside of work she likes to keep fit by going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Yvonne Harper

Payroll Administrator
Yvonne is celebrating her 50th year of working! She has been doing payroll for 27 years which includes 14 years for us.
 
Out of work she loves to spend time with her first grandchild and walking is another favourite pastime.

Ruth Morris

Operations Manager
(BA Hons)

Ruth is originally from an educational background having taught for 15 years.  She made a career change into the accounting industry 9 years ago.  She looks after the operational side of Inform and onboarding of new clients.

Ruth has two young daughters, when she's not running them around she likes to head into Sutton Park for a scenic trail run and loves to spend time away in the caravan with the family.

Laura Aston

Operations Coordinator

Laura works within the Operations Team, she made a career change to accounting having worked in marketing within the health industry for the last 10 years. 


Laura is a busy mum of two.  She has a keen interest in health and fitness and loves to lift weights at the gym or with her personal trainer. She loves socialising with friends, sunny holidays and family days out.

Jill Breakwell

Operations Assistant

Jill is Inform's Operations Assistant dealing with general enquiries, looking after the onboarding of clients whilst keeping us all organised in the office!

Alongside her running, Jill has a keen interest in Yoga which is always needed for a busy Mum of two. If she's not on the yoga mat Jill enjoys spending time with family and friends and would one day like to own a VW Campervan. 

Julie Robson

Operations Assistant

Julie is a valued team member, with over thirty years of experience working as a Secretary & Personal Assistant within the accounting industry.

Away from work, her leisure time is mainly spent helping to organise and sing as part of a church choir, gardening, countryside walks and visiting historical places of interest.
