Inform Accounting acquires Sutton Coldfield-based Jowett & Co.

Exciting times here at Inform - we’ve just completed the acquisition of fellow Sutton Coldfield accountants Jowett & Co.

 

The established practice has been running under the stewardship of Bob Jowett since 1978, providing a friendly and personalised service in keeping with our own ethos.

 

Jowetts' clients will now be transitioned to Inform, bringing them the same friendly service with the additional benefits of our expertise as a Xero platinum partner, with the additional emphasis on ongoing business advice.

 

An existing relationship

Inform and Jowett & Co already have an association, with Bob’s daughter Catherine a key part of our team having joined us following 14 years at Jowett’s.

 

A qualified AAT accountant, Catherine looked after accounts and book-keeping, tax returns, admin and payroll during her time there, and will continue to work with her former clients as part of the Inform team.

 

Bob, meanwhile, will stand down from the business, and we wish him well in his retirement.
