Job Description

Reporting into the Client Account Manager, this role operates at the core of the business to provide high quality service to our clients.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion, care and drive to help Inform grow in the long-term, as such, we will help develop you into a well-rounded accounting professional.

As part of the role, you'll spend much of your time on:

  • Preparing VAT returns, management account workpapers and year end accounts
  • Drafting, preparing and sending initial information requests for self-assessment tax returns
  • Conducting client account health reviews using innovative tools
  • Ensuring bookkeeping is accurately kept up-to-date
  • Supporting client onboarding process
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure information is collected, and client queries are responded to in a timely manner
