Job Description

Reporting into the Client Account Manager, this role operates at the core of the business to provide a high quality bookkeeping service to our clients and assist in the preparation of VAT returns.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion, care and drive to help Inform grow in the long-term, as such, we will help develop you into a well-rounded accounting professional.

As part of the role, you'll spend much of your time on:

  • Keeping client accounts up-to-date by following bookkeeping best practice
  • Preparing basic VAT returns, demonstrating technical excellence, accuracy and timely delivery
  • Conducting client account health reviews using innovative tools
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure information is collected, and client queries are responded to in a timely manner
