Customer case study: Neate & Pugh

Neate and pugh are a specialist employment and HR law firm based in the midlands. Across their 2 offices, in Sutton Coldfield and Solihull, they help both businesses and employees with all forms of employment law.

After procuring a new practice management system (PMS), it became clear that integrating their financial information would help them make the most out of their recent investment.

This led to the decision to move to Xero, which integrates more seamlessly with their chosen PMS . Initially, they relied on their software providers to help them make the switch to Xero. Unfortunately though, it quickly became apparent that this was not a viable option. The setup of the Xero account was not sufficient for their needs, and ultimately led to delays and late filing of financial information.

It was therefore important for Neate and Pugh to find a specialist which could help them with both the implementation, and day-to-day management of their accounting through Xero.

After a recommendation, and due to Inform’s credentials as a platinum Xero Partner, Neate and Pugh decided Inform were the right people for the job .

The first task was to get Neate and Pugh setup properly in Xero. Through Inform’s Xero Implementation Framework initiative, the specialist law firm was quickly set up in their new Xero account.

Based on years of Xero experience, Inform’s Xero Implementation Framework details all of the key steps required for a successful migration to Xero. Using this initiative not only meant that the implementation was efficient, but also meant that everything that needed to be, was considered.

This meant that the client was not only properly set up in their Xero account- but also that they could make the most of their new PMS, and of course, file their financial information on time.
